Summer & Winter only sell the exact same products in the pictures and descriptions of the product url. We will never send out a substitute item of similar design and colour.
If the product you have ordered is out of stock due to incorrect stock levels, we will either offer you a different item, put your item on back order if you are willing to wait or offer you a full refund.

If the item in question is available for pre order with a due in date then this date is normally accurate and you may proceed with your order with confidence.
